SMS Service Provider (Twilio): We use Twilio as our SMS messaging platform. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver text messages on our behalf. Twilio is contractually obligated to use your information only for the purpose of providing messaging services and is bound by their own privacy policy and data protection agreements.
Other Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting services (cloud infrastructure), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), video conferencing (Daily.co), and analytics providers. Business Transfers: If BYOT is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

This section provides detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your phone number and SMS communications.
We collect your phone number when you voluntarily provide it during the signup process on our website. Providing your phone number is not required to use the Service, but is necessary to receive SMS communications.
Your phone number is used exclusively for sending you SMS/text messages based on the consent you provide during signup. We use your phone number for two categories of messages:
Marketing Messages (requires explicit opt-in): Promotional content including special offers, new program announcements, upcoming events, community highlights, and other marketing communications.
Non-Marketing/Transactional Messages (requires explicit opt-in): Service-related communications including coaching session reminders, event notifications, schedule changes, account updates, and important community announcements.
Your phone number is stored securely in our encrypted database. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your phone number is only shared with Twilio, our SMS service provider, for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further messages of that type will be sent.
Reply UNSUBSCRIBE: Text UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. This works identically to STOP.
Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to unsubscribe. We will process your request within 24 hours.
Once you opt out, we will promptly update your consent records and cease sending the applicable category of messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically opt you out of non-marketing messages, and vice versa. To opt out of all SMS communications, reply STOP to any message or contact us to confirm full opt-out.
We retain records of your SMS consent (including the date, time, method of consent, and the specific language you agreed to) for as long as you maintain an active account, plus an additional period as required by law for compliance purposes. If you opt out, we retain the opt-out record to ensure we do not send you further messages.
If you request deletion of your account, your phone number and all associated SMS consent records will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may also request deletion of your phone number without deleting your account by contacting us at [email protected].
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
Access and Portability: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format.
Correction: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, including your phone number, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations, fraud prevention).
SMS Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at [email protected]. See Section 5.4 for full details.
Email Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or contacting us directly.
Do Not Track: Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information—including your phone number—from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, regular security assessments, and access controls limiting employee access to personal information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. If changes affect how we use your phone number or SMS communications, we will provide prominent notice and, where required, obtain fresh consent. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, our SMS practices, your phone number, or how to opt out, please contact us at:
